For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled or declined for reasons including:

  • Delivery limitations
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

We aim to deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, product availability, weather, holidays, road conditions, and other circumstances.

As a general estimate, deliveries may take approximately 2–7 working days after dispatch, although some locations may require additional time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

DAKORSAMAN is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
